1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Within Portugal

Mainland Portugal: 2–4 business days.

Madeira and Azores: 3–6 business days.

3. Shipping Within Europe

European Union: 4–7 business days.

Non-EU Europe: 5–10 business days.

4. International Shipping

Rest of the world: 7–14 business days.

Customs duties, import taxes, and any additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Alcohol Shipping Restrictions

Alcoholic products cannot be shipped to all countries.

Please refer to our restricted countries list before placing an order.

Orders containing alcohol that cannot be fulfilled due to local import restrictions will be cancelled and fully refunded.

6. Packaging

All products are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

Fragile items receive additional protective packaging to minimise the risk of damage during transit.
